Moora didn’t give a big easy hit anywhere. The new assets will be the focus. That’s just the exploration game.
Looks like Devex will control Company after consolidation. Then there will also be a capital raising to ‘non-related parties’ somewhere in the process.
I expect existing Directors will be wanting to sellout their shares and bugger off as soon as the price and volume recovers. That being said - they have done a good job with attracting a quality asset and team into the Company.
