Totally agree with you mate, the current board is absolutely useless and have been sitting on their backside doing nothing for the last few years, and now with 2 Devex directors getting 2 seats on the board, hopefully they can oust the existing directors at some stage now that Devex holds a 36.46% share into LSA as a major shareholder. I am happy with this transaction.
