My experience. Move quickly and install new ideas and systems into the place. Staff will sit with apprehension waiting for that 'breath of fresh air' in new ownership and if left top long the wind becomes more stale than what it was. I believe they'll want to do what they are planning at Woodlawn and hit it hard with drilling = good planning. The Cobar local furniture will be the tough part!!
