Starting with UG development, portal, infrastructure and exploration decline- MIN are not mining /producing from UG yet. Still to come.
Bill has said there is a price to be paid for his UG mining expertise, so we can safely assume there is a margin here which is additional FCF on top of BGL. DVP is more than washing it's face, exploration etc prior to putting WL into production. Bigger picture is obviously the beginning of the MIN-DVP operating relationship and synergies. Plenty will play out in the next 18mths and this deal may well just be a sign post for bigger things..
