Exercise price and dilution was approved 3 years ago by shareholders when the SP was $3.675.
At least the uncertainty around the exercising of said options is over.
Just be thankful directors not selling (yet) and bearing the same opportunity cost. Paper profit is not real until realized.
Never mind zero / negative SP growth, thought it would at least generate some yield by now but nothing yet. I'll even take 2% at this stage. Come on...
