As for your “plausible argument” - please google the word plausible. What you’re trying to maintain is just convoluted.
You’re making up fanciful notions whilst conveniently ignoring actual facts, specifically, the market being aware of the quarterly financials.
With that factual information available it would then be literally implausible to form the perception that near-insolvency or “high cash burn” would be a way to translate early conversion.
“If the director converts their oppies at the very last moment, that’s apparently the strongest sign of confidence but if they do so months earlier then that’s deafening alarm bells!” What absurdity.
