Volt's ANN is surely impactful on many levels.
The market retraction is, however, a reflection of how past (mis)management still tarnishes the company. It is almost as if the more complex the next few steps, the less credible is Volt's capacity to deliver.
Personally, I believe that management has improved over the past several months. If the Volt could only boost its production (and profitability) in Ukraine, doubters would have to concede that today's Volt is better than yesteryear.
