That whole ann should have been "MUS to change name" and condensed into one line:-

"Mustang is changing its name to New Energy Minerals Ltd (ASX:NXE), subject to shareholder approval at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on October 2, 2018."

The rest of it was just pure fluff that means nothing at this stage (not even price sensitive).
Obviously the name change is needed to try and get rid of a certain odour...................
