RESOLUTION 4 – GRANT OF PERFORMANCE RIGHTS TO RELATED PARTY IN LIEU OF DIRECTOR REMUNERATION – MS SUSAN THOMAS
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following as an ordinary resolution:
"That for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 10.14 and all other purposes, approval is given for the Company to issue 1,093,203 Performance Rights to Ms Susan Thomas (or her nominee) in satisfaction of $105,000 US of her cash remuneration for the 12-month period 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019, on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Memorandum."


It is proposed that the Performance Rights will vest in two equal tranches at 31 March 2019 and 30 September 2019. The Performance Rights will not be subject to any performance related vesting conditions. Subject to vesting, when exercised by the Director, each Performance Right will entitle the Director to receive one Share in the Company.

So Sue was there for 6 months and received half the Performance Rights.

I wonder why you make up such a false and misleading statement asking why Sue sold $100k worth of shares. It did not happen!!!!!

For the record our present Chairperson is Rosheen Garnon.
