Completely evaded the question, about the EPA. WTF!
Just because they're placing tailings, in my eyes, it doesn't mean they've received EPA approval.
Incompetence, at its very best.
Surely, it wasn't to difficult to answer the question, with a simple yes or no......
They wonder why there's no confidence, in the clowns running this circus!
