Well i would think that they probably consider that the information has already been given both written and in photographic form . I'm not "assuming" anything , i trust what i see and have no option than to trust that ANW is staying compliant and not releasing any "fake" info to the ASX. They have stated that tailings are being placed into the TSF and for them to do that they must have the necessary paperwork.
