I don't believe the offtake partner needs to confirm that they will not purchase form an alternate supplier, they just need to commit to purchasing a set volume during a prescribed period.
It's a contract to buy say a minimum of 5000kg/H2 per year for 5 years from LIO. It's not a commitment to purchase whatever volume they need from only LIO.
Going forward we need some certainty regarding cash in.
