    I get that, but also they have been mining and delivering and stockpiling coal as planned, sales haven't happened, but they seem to be fulfilling their end of the deal even if it's a little later than planned.
    and let's face it, in a way this is good that we are now getting to a stage where they can mine and stockpile and load coal in decent quantities with the road finished, additional trucks and other infrastructure they are setting up..
    would you rather they announced a coal sale 6 weeks ago, then have to wait till they paddle more coal downstream before the next small sale could happen??
    This is (slowly) ticking the boxes to large scale production and sales.
