Kristian TV2 always had a business model to go into areas the majors would not as their product is lower cost and pitched at an affordable price for these regions.
I think they will try to build scale over margin and build the margin with add ons. It is not inconceivable to have 200 to 300 million customers. I would much prefer to earn 20-50cents per customer than earn $2-3 off 20 million. You have to remember that these economies and their wages are growing so scale with lower margin while still profitable has the potential to increase margin as the economy grows which has the potential to increase profits exponentially.
That's how I see it anyway.
