Thanks. Yes, I had seen that previously but I thought I'd read in a separate later Ann that they had sorted the lawsuit out.
I still feel that if Ukraine deal doesn't go through, it wouldn't be a (real) problem for the team, as all these new avenues of potential revenue will more than take up the slack. IMO.
