Amazing! I cannot keep up. I missed the second announcement.

With respect to a CR. I would just like to make the point that I think there are two species of CR.

Species one "Stay afloat CR": Always associated with a SP drop and a sign the company has not been able to implement a strategy successfully with resources at hand.

Species two "Expansion CR": A company requiring additional funding to meet market potential which has exceeded working capital. Should be a)oversubscribed by sophisticated investors b)associated with a SP rise as it speaks to increasing potential.

There is little doubt that any CR TV2 would be involved in currently would be species two. I will certainly buy any shares offered.
