Succession with the board and management is normal as an exploration company transitions to mining , as the skill sets necessary for exploration and development are different from those needed for transitioning into mining ie I doubt a geologist knows what the term " rim pull" means so how will they knowledgeably converse with a mining contractor ?
Succession normally happens voluntarily as an incumbent board and management are inherently working for what is best for the future of the company , I like to think the same ethos applies with BSR .
