@Gammat, you are finally starting to work it out.
The valuation of 36 cents is based on the current graphite prices, you need to take away the 14 cents for the possible expansion and the 3 cents for the additional properties, We know they have been a complete failure.

One has to wonder why WKT put out this type of hype based research report, maybe there is another CR on the cards, or they are trying to distract the faithful on why the plant still isn't finished and all the drama's you are likely to see when the company finishes commissioning.

Base case of 48 cents per share.

And that 25% discount can be removed with drilling / proving up the rest of the resource
