Good question, I thought it would have been when they drew down and confirmation of fully funded through to production and extra available for startup costs for six months.
Maybe when commissioning confirms graphite flake is in spec. They won’t be producing at nameplate capacity though from commissioning.
Maybe shortly after when first shipment hits the doc and first payment from Wogan comes through.
Or it could be earlier when confirmation of initial sales agreements with end users through Wogan are announced. This wouldn’t be to far off now you would think given construction on track and commissioning due to be completed by the 4th quarter. WKT will still be making product through commissioning that should be saleable.
