Yes you finally have worked it out, WKT won't be running the entire plant until the backup generators are on site, they even mention the backup generators will have an impact on commissioning activities.
Why do you continue to mislead investors by saying there is sufficient power when WKT is telling you in 3 different announcements that is not the case?
