There are lots of reasons someone sells shares
- need money to pay tax, buy a property, divorce see another opportunity that they think is better, want to have more control over there money and take it out of a company there no longer involved with
- there is only 1 reason people buy, look at Mike he didnt buy WKT because he likes the name or because he is bullish on graphite as a commodity
