In a way, I fill very sorry for that poster, who said the other day, that 11KV power was sufficient to turn the lights On.
As you are well aware, the HV switch yard is only metres away from the first MCC and there say it will not take, very long to run the cables and perform Insulation resistance test on the cables and turn the Power On.
In terms of the other MCC, it shouldn't take long to run the power cables, as the furthest MCC is probably 50 metres away.
Not long know till we are in production mode.
