Please for sake, if you are not sure how a Graphite Mine works or how Electricity works, the internet is at your disposal to do some research.
I will give you a tip, 11 Kv power is not required to turn the lights on.
Your task is to come back and tell me, what Voltage is required to turn the lights On ??????.
