While we all hope that it works, there will be all manner of delays and cost over-runs during commissioning.
It is waaaaaay too soon to get excited.
A massive re-rate is highly improbable.
The market is weary of the rah-rah from stale holders hoping to get their money back.
As I have said forever, there will be bugger all free cashflow available for shareholders any time soon.
So, put the shares in the bottom draw (or sell) and come back in 2-3 years.
