Hi Stirer, You need to go back and read the HYR along with the Gemcorp funding announcements.
The optional US$5mil facility is an incremental loan, which means it has restrictions attached to it. You should ask WKT management when this option expires, the US$20mil facility drawdown expired in March. Is this the case for the optional US$5mil.
Even the back of BMCG's equity has restrictions, capped at US$1mil per month, subject to liquidity and BMCG has the right to decline WKT access to these funds.
Anyway, you won't see any of these issues, just like you failed to see the issues with the CRDB funding.
BTW, why do you think we had a major sell-off yesterday? Was it the top pumpers, BMCG or someone in the T40 freeing up some cash?
