Explain why the project was under budget to the tune of US$3.5 million
Most Projects run way over budget and time…Lindi had an issue with CRDB standby letter of credit which resulted in contractors offering limited services with out demobilisation …delayed payments with zero penalties while they continued work regardless…
Now the project is all but complete and entering commission stage with huge free cash margins per product ton…In the mean time EGR still have engineers on standby while CAPEX has doubled
