When Gemcorp fully funded WKT it was a high risk loan with a higher interest rate. We have heard you ever since going on about credit card rate loan etc. Now WKT has completed the construction and begun processing through wet commissioning the risk is lower. Once WKT have saleable products and revenue coming in it becomes a low risk loan with a low interest rate. Do you really wonder why WKT are looking at this path when holders have been saying this would likely happen.
