The gangue isn't flat and buoyant though. Accordingly it needs to sprnd time in the rod mill to get it reduced in size. The graphite, including the super jumbo flakes, must also be subject to the pulverising forces within the rod mill. They don't emerge from the rod mill as 0.5mm flakes. Balama discovered that but you guys won't listen.
