FWIW @Tk2006 WKT last CR that wasn’t Lindi Jumbo project related was Dec 2017 with option’s attached later converted. This is testament to the quality of Lindi Jumbo with the belief of those investors at the time, including Spid who has only recently confirmed he was once a holder of WKT. All long before my time so I hope my research is correct. For a company to navigate through a once in 100 year event such as Covid and still deliver such a magnificent project through extraordinary financial circumstances is a credit to those involved. What it does show me is those involved clearly understand finance and Mike should be seen as the primary driver. Next time Spid calls a CR and I still think it shows a lack of creative creativity, get him to explain the US$3.5mil buffer payment WKT recently received from Gemcorp’s tranche 2. A quick check of his history will show he never once understood Gemcorp’s debt funding structure.
