As I said, ASIC has taken action against MNS for their false statements claiming they were fully funded and the time it would take to get into production.
Knowing your history of claiming ASIC should investigate WKT, I thought I would provide similar statements made by WKT, claiming the project was fully funded along with the time of construction/first production. I am sure there are also numerous videos released which will provide further evidence.
Your lawyer will better understand if WKT's statements are consistent with the ones MNS had made which warranted ASIC to take action in the Federal court.
