HaHa. Spid news strikes again on particle size. 500 micron is half a millimeter. 300 micron is less than a third of a millimeter. 180 micron is less than a fifth of a millimeter and still classified as large flake graphite and fetches well over US$1000. Flake size is measured as the diameter of a graphite when sitting flat only. A graded 500 micron graphite flake can be half a millimeter wide or better however depth can be many multiples less. If fake news can determine a 180 micron flakes placement or angle from a single photo showing clumped graphite flakes, this could only go down as a minor miracle.
