IF and this is a big IF, they are right and a CR is needed. Then it was really touch and go as to whether needed and they would be erring on the safe side. So with this in mind what would the amount be? Surely no more than 5 million, which is what the additional loan amount was going to be.
so with this in mind and they did do a CR, it's really not a big one nor is it really the disaster that is being alluded to.
so what is with the big hoo har over it? Once again just putting fear into people.
