I don't quite understand your reasoning that because the T40 or other invested people aren't buying more shares to your satisfaction that it's an indication of a lack of confidence in the company. You would have no idea how diverse their investment portfolio is, their risk appetite or how much cash they have available to invest. Maybe they're at their fill, doesn't mean they don't have confidence in the company. Your logic in that regard is nonsensical.
