Why didn't 95% of people buy in wkt today, probably because most people don't go to a conference then impulse buy the next day. IMO, a percentage of investors are waiting to see whether the company can produce in spec material before jumping on board, if that is their risk profile then fair enough
Re the potential for a CR, it will be what management think is best for the company. To suggest the reason for marketing at this stage of commissioning is just for a CR is either very naive or deliberate baiting. What company wouldn't want to market their product this close to production?? Based on your reasoning, why would anyone advertise once in production if they didn't need a CR?? So yes, you are being nonsensical.
