Could it be he was pushing up the SP to help build interest for a CR, now that failed he is slowly dropping the shares.
@R08 previously mentioned the $8mil insto CR, which appears to have failed.
Anyway, the promoters do sell the best BS in a dire situation, You only need to read the comments from the priced to sell CR, or the failure to secure 100% of the funds.
