Wet commissioning wasn't completed until May Stirer. Cunningham was very wrong when he claimed in November it would be completed by December. He has been wrong repeatedly about timelines.
It is one thing to have the necessary paperwork for export of concentrate to satisfy the Tanzanian Customs regulations administeredby the Tanzanian Revenue Authority, however, it still does not comply with the enacted 2017 Mining Laws that require a Framework Agreement with the Government of Tanzania together with 16 per ent FCI for the GOT .
