Where does it say that the $5m is there only for the loan repayments. At least back up what you are saying. Just because Spid posts unsubstantiated claims doesn’t mean it is factual that you can then reference.
The announcement from the company has stated $25m usd has been approved for construction and working capital. Nowhere has it stated it is needed for principle loan requirements.
That in itself is another one of Spids unsubstantiated claims as well. The official company announcements state the required amount needed to hold in accounts is only when dividends are paid out so the company is always holding enough in their account. Nowhere has it stated it is required other than when mentioned with divideds paid.
