is this the same company that advised the two chinese term sheets that required 75% (30kT) of Lindi Jumbos production would be secured with Wogan?

Have we heard if these agreements have been secured, or have they fallen over due to the first shipment being sent to Europe?

As you would know, these two chinese companies required 75% WKT production, yet Wogan sent The first samples to europe for validation, I would have thought these term sheet partners WKT has had for 5+ years would have been provided the samples first to secure the viability of the project, they can then take their time to find clients for the spare 25%, - wasn't the available product battery/refractory graphite?
