Yes Mike has made many comments which could be used against him in any class action, although there were plenty of disclosures in his presentation which might give him some protection.
Interesting to see CRDB is looking at funding one of WKTs peers, I wonder why they pulled the pin on WKT and decided this other company was a better option.
