Google Maps gives directions to Dar es Salaam that go south from Lindi Jumbo through Ruangwa to join the highway at Nanganga so we can't tell which port the truck is going to. The Alistair Group website says it has warehouses at both ports.
Maps doesn't offer Streetview in Tanzania, and the overhead picture doesn't show the road is sealed near Nanganga, so part is is clearly out of date between Ruangwa and Nanganga.
