The only commercial sales agreement WKT have is with Wogen for the entire 40Kt so if WKT have loaded ships and Wogen has paid the 80% initial payment then WKT have made their first commercial sales. Who Wogen sell it to and weather is just a small part of a larger order to verify quality is irrelevant to Spids comments. As usual he can’t admit he was wrong
