WKT don’t need these customers to make it binding.
Wogens contract is already binding once WKT load in spec product onto ships Wogen is contracted to pay 80% upfront and the rest once sales have been made to Wogens end users. Payments up to $3.2m and reset once full payment of shipments have been made
