so back to your original point, once a ship is loaded then that is considered a commercial sale as Wogen is the buyer. This will also make the contract with Wogen binding as in your theory WKT must be producing 41 bags a day for Wogen to accept their first shipment. You have also pointed out that this will be 37% capacity of the mine’s output while they are still in the commissioning stage.
By my calculations at 50% capacity shows WKT breaking even and that isn’t including and jumbo or super jumbo flakes being sold. It is also my assumption that the plant would be running 24hrs with those calculations. Mike has stated there has been downtime due to improvements and maintenance.
