Here you are making CRDB bank claims again which turned out to be false.
Wogan has WKT all locked up, WKT cannot export graphite except through wogan, If wogan cannot get the sales to the 15k annual rate, the agreement ends. Then WKT can then sell its graphite to other parties.
Good luck to anyone who is buying on your research.
