I don't think it gets to the bagging area if the concentrate is too contaminated.
The bags that need to be rescreened would be due to small flakes clumping together through the screens. This was named as a concern, especially while the dryer was out of spec which seems to be better now.
The tweet originally said "rescreen" but was misquoted on HC as "reprocess" hence the confusion.
