My thoughts are that even though the plant is running below 50%, this would be mainly due to a few reasons.
1. They are calibrating the dryer for optimum efficiency.
2. While doing this they would be getting different results (for better or worse) and as such would be re drying or re screening product. While doing this they don’t need large amounts of product getting redone so they wouldn’t be running the second filter press hence less than the 50%.
3. Once the dryer has been fully optimised it would just be a matter of processing more using the second filter press.
What I am trying to say is that once they hit the 30% mark and optimised the drying process it’s very quickly ramped up to 60% and even higher very quickly.
It may seem like a slow start but once everything is dialled in it should be a very quick scaled up process
