Why didnt you add the section out of Wogens agreement, where its states WKT needs to achieve an annual export rate of 15k tpa for the agreement to become binding?
Yes wogen is a sales and marketing firm, if these customers dont successfully validate the lindi jumbo graphite and enter long term supply agreements with wogan to satisfy the requirement of 15k tpa minimum, the agreement wont become binding.
For strange reason you all think Wogen will be stockpiling any graphite WKT produce if they dont secure their own sales contracts. Keep dreaming.
