That is interesting GGtrader, A tweet claims that commissioning is completed, yet the QTR make no mention to commissioning being completed and advises commissioning/optimisation is still ongoing. We have seen Mike tweet that numerous other modifications have been required during July when the plant was shut down.

As you know, Jinpeng was meant to be paid once the plant achieved 48 hours of continuous production, yet this hasn't occurred. How can a company claim commissioning has been completed if it cannot achieve 48 hours of continuous operation to satisfy the agreement?
