Spid mate - you don't understand the lingo......
Each part of the plant has been tested in isolation and all the sections seem to work in isolation by themselves.
The problem is that the plant has a continuous flow of materials going through it.
Just because one part works does not necessarily mean that they are all in alignment when the whole plant is under normal working conditions.
There are probably all sorts of problems with yields out of one section being higher or lower than expected and that then creating a problem downstream in the waste handling or the next stage of processing.
Anyone who thinks that the plant is fully operational just because the various components work when they flick a switch is missing the point......
So production, revenue and dividends remain in the distant future........
