Thanks GGtrader for pointing out the agreement doesnt become binding until WKT achieves the annual export rate of 15k tpa.
@Stirer there are around 8 billion people on earth, (including yourself) yet not one person has bought any WKT shares today, it appears everyone doubts the viability of this project or investors would be buying.
